Join us at VIA for a 5K shop run on Thursday, 4th December, in collaboration with our friends at Tracksmith.

Please arrive at 18:00 for an 18:30 departure. We’ll head out on a 5K loop from VIA in King’s Cross at a social pace of 6:00–7:00/km (9:45–11:00/mile) - perfect for an easy, conversational run.

Bag drop will be available at VIA, and the café and bar will be open before and after the run, serving a range of food, soft drinks, and beers.

We plan to return to VIA by 19:30. Run leaders will be on hand to set the pace and guide the route.
